    E30 Intro

    Hello Gentlemen,

I'd like to introduce you to my '92 Vert (found her on craiglist). I bought her back in Feb. of 2011. Flew one way to San Francisco with my buddy and drove her back to Dallas, TX which made for an awesome road trip! She had approx. 131,000 on the clock when I got her and had been dealer maintained her whole life at BMW SF (folder full of records). Supposedly the second owner was a service manager there. Paid $4,300 for her. I'm a lucky man! I'd like to thank everyone on this forum for all the info and advice!
Since I've had her I've done the following:
    Fluids:
    RedLine MTL
    Valvoline 75W90
    Suspension:
    H&R Sports (vert specific)
Bilstein HDs were already on her
    Meyle Control Arms
    Meyle CABs
    Meyle Sway Links
    Meyle Tie Rod Assemblies
    Meyle RSMs
    Engine:
    Coolant Hose Refresh
    Fan Clutch
    Thermostat
(dealer beat me to the Water Pump and TBelt)
    Blunttech SSK
    OEM IS Lip
Transmission Seals (rear shaft, selector shaft)
    Transmission Mounts
    CSB
    Guibo
    new power steering hoses/reservoir
    Rear Headrest Conversion
    e46 Keyless Entry (einstein57)
    Boston Acoustic Components up front
    Alpine F250 Amp
    10" Audiobahn Sub
Convertible Top was replaced in 2011
    Future Plans:
Rear End Bushings (no problems yet)
FIND OUT WERE TO PUT THAT SUB IN MY BACK SEAT! :)
(does no good in the trunk with two layers of sheet metal behind the back seat)

thanks! Actually just plan to keep it stock. It is due for a valve adjustment. I just bought a hardtop E30 this month (will start a new thread on that one soon) that will be a DD once its roadworthy. Plan on making this one my weekend driver.

All she needs is seats and engine beautification and then leave it as is.

                          Sub placement is hilarious.

Put the sub in the passanger side to offset some if not all of the weight.
