Looks like the first upgrade would be to remove the duck tape.
Not sure if you realize it or not but you have E36 front seats so if your looking to replace the leathers, you will have to shop accordingly.
The wheels are actually not that bad. Spaced out and lowered will work until you get whats on every noobs first upgrade lists "...and some BBS RSs"
