Seriously. Bigger cars make me shit my pants when they're behind me. Almost as much as a cop. But that seriously blows OP, I'd push for at least money to cover your chiropractic visits because that's completely fair and legal.
The first car I ever rode in was an e30

That sucks! :( My condolences, OP.

If you don't mind me asking, what were the specs on the wheels and tires?

I would buy it back or have it fixed. I know my body shop guy could fix it no problem.

Wheels were Varrstoen V1 16x8 +15. 8mm spacer in front 15mm spacer in the rear. 205/40 front 205/45 rear.

Adjuster called and offered $3,780 for the car. I said no and they said no haggling on price. They can talk to my lawyer.

Oh and they totaled the car, it's fine. I know it's fixable but shit, if I'm getting money from settlement and other things might as well buy another clean e30 and make this a missile or something stupid.

Good. Hopefully you have a box full of receipts to provide your attorney.

Sorry for your loss. It always pains me to see when this happens, especially to red cars.

Even if you don't want to get it fixed be sure to get the car and have it live on as a Chump Car! I am sure someone will give you 1-1.5k for it, depending on accessories remaining on the car.
