    new guy from ct

Hey everyone. I am new to BMW and excited to start tinkering with my new 325es. I want to focus on tidying up the little things that it needs. It has a lot done that i would have wanted already so i am not sire where i will go with it but i never leave any vehicle well enoigh alone so i expect some changes.

I probably won't keep the roof rack and it came with eyelids that im not sure about. As well as a bra that I know I won't put on.

It is a little hard to start cold but once its ran for a few minutes its is very smooth. But not the fastest.

First thing I need to do once I dot out the cold start issue is seats. They are original and very beat up.

Haha. I guess the general feeling is no eyelids. I was leaning away from them anyway.

Thanks everyone. There are a lot of things I want to do with it but its going to be spread out over time. First I'm going to drive it a while I see what I any to change first.

I will be selling the roof rack, eyelids, and front bra.
And I will be looking for a lowered geared diff and some interior pieces if anyone local has them. Looks like there are more locals than I expected.
