Not quite an E30, but I think you'll forgive me.

I have my DD 1983 528e, which has been an awesome car for me up until a few weeks ago when a connecting rod decided to jump ship. What she looks like:

Yes, I've heard my exhaust is a little bonkers. Deal with it.

And the reason I decided to sign up for these forums:

    Building myself a 525i.

Nice looking e28. Exhaust is a little crazy....lol. Loving the exposed, untrimmed, massive hose clamp.

I dig it. The missing bumper trim would drive me insane though!

The 5 is a classy car...no place for that half ass exhaust. Other than that I think it looks really great. Why not swap an m30 in there?

That was the original plan, I had a B34 to put in it but it came out of an automatic 533i, so it was getting too difficult to find a tranny. I need it back up and running quick so I just got the i to shove in there.

I like it. Has a lot of character. Exhaust is cool, but I don't know if it fits the car properly.

I don't even own this car anymore, but I'm too lazy to change the picture.

There was no point, we were originally doing just a side exit and we found that goofy ass looking piece of pipe in a corner of the shop and welded it on.

If my car is done in time, which it better be, I'll be at both hopefully. If anything at least IA.

Car has a lot of character :) i like it, but that exhaust looks like it belongs on a motorbike or something lol, would look better without the big up-pipe section.

Looks good, not a fan of that exhaust though. But it's your car do whatever you want to it.
