Why do you have a 3" in and out exhaust on stock exhaust tubing?

I have the same one but in a 3"in/out with matching 304SS tubing from the headers back.

You can probably massage that bumper with a rubber mallet. I did it to mine, as it had been splayed out in the middle from a hit or something. Take the corners off and smack it straight, then reassemble. 2c

Looks great though, as BMW intended the earlies to look
