2 year update on my Brilliantrot 318is

Two years ago to the day I picked up this car. It was rough, real rough but I've spent the last two years cleaning, replacing and fixing what I can and am pretty happy with where it's at now. Likely going to do a build thread of the car from start to present, just don't have the time now so here's a few photo's I snapped the other day of the car in it's present condition.

Spent the winter cleaning, painting and refreshing the engine bay as well as ripping out unnecessary accessories. No A/C, no P/S, no washer tank.

Interior stayed mostly unchanged aside from an E46 center console.

Found a spoilerless trunk lid to clean up the rear end.

    Thanks for looking

    Nicely done Nick!!

Was the installation of the E46 console straight forward or did you have to do any modification? I would like that set up for my car.

    Again, your car is beautiful!!

awesome, well done. i want that center console, wedging a pop can in between the drivers door and the seat only works so well.

i have no idea what i am doing with my life

Just an E46 center console, trimmed the back edge to contour to the trans tunnel and drilled a small hole to mount to the factory bolt. Double sided tape to keep it secure up front. I don't have the arm rest so it's a big ass hole in the rear right now. It's a work in progress. I don't like the double sided tape or how it doesn't really fit right so I'm going to do some more modding, trimming and molding once I have more free time. For now, it's nice to have cup holders finally 8-)

I know, normally I'm not huge on fisheye but I got it out to play with. I just noticed how grainy photobucket made these look when I resized them...lame

Thanks for the kind words everyone!
