I'll be running 18's on my S54 swap car, but only out of necessity to fit 350mm brakes. I'm speculating on Apex EC-7's, I think they're most likely the least ridiculous looking 18 out there along with all the obvious benefits of brake fitment. I think it can be done well, but only on a purpose built car with flares, or an M3. Even on a slammed non-m without flares it looks terrible.
