    New to the board - '86 325

    Hi everyone!

Just wanted introduce myself. New to this board, but have been on bimmerforums since last summer.

I own an '86 325, Alpenweiss. Pretty much stock - no power toys (except windows), no A/C. I have installed the maplight review mirror. Going to be doing the timing belt soon.

She's my DD and I love it! Been getting between 35-40MPG since I got it.

    Couple of pics:

I'd forgotten about this thread I started.

Well it's over 3.5 years since I started my E30 ownership and it's been a very satisfying ride so far.

The car has gone from 227K km to over 436K km.

Among Work done so far (and pics to come)
            - Many oil changes
            - Two timing belts and one water pump including various hoses
            - full set of brakes and installed remanufactured calipers last fall
            - Rear subframe work - bushings, diff seals, inner brake lines
            - Suspension refresh last fall - front and rear struts w/ mounts, LCAs and LCABs (centered solid rubber M3 bushings)
            - Ditched steel rims after first winter in favour of some cheap bottlecaps I got
            - On my second set of summer and winter tires
            - Deleted second resonator and installed Thrush glasspack last year (will post pics and video)
            - HP fuel pump

She's daily driven and am always happy behind the wheel. I'll post those pics and video later. :)
