    First bmw/New toy

So I had a 1990 foxbody mustang for the past few years and eventually got it running low 12's (daily driver). Had my fun with it, sold it, onto something new. Picked up this 318i with 68k original miles for $1,700 a couple days ago. Missing the rear bumper. I have all the trim parts. Springs should be here tomorrow. Painted the bottle caps until I can get some decent wheels. A bit confused on the bumper situation. Some of them are one piece, others are two. What exactly do I need..? I don't want the diving board.

Also I don't know how to make the pictures just show up instead of clicking on them. And can somebody point me to a step by step spring installation thread?

If you upload your pics to another website (photobucket, flickr, etc...), and then embed them onto your post, then they will show up.

I use imgur to upload images. Super easy. That being said, awesome find! I'll be getting my first e30 sometime soon and all I know about the diving boards is that people don't like them and you can do a retrofit. I just don't know how...
