He sure does. I wonder if he knows anything about them, or if he just shells out the cash.
I'm sure he knows more than how to pay up for parts. If he just wanted a fast car and had money he would have gotten a Ferrari or McLaren and called it a day. He may not have the skill or more likely the time to do the work himself but I'm sure the planning and designing stages were a collaborative effort between he and Castros.
But I don't personally know Frank or anyone at the shop so I could just be blowing smoke.
I hate modded emtree, I hate modded cawrz, I hate jdm, I hate swag, I hate stanceyolokids, I hate bags (on cars), I hate stuff that is slowz, I hate tires.

Digging them. Don't think I'd s54 my M's but I see the appeal of it. Maybe a narrow body like that Tech II.
It's all personal preference. IMO with the right suspension set-up, which my car had, it's the perfect motor for the E30 M3. I drove my M3 with the same suspension set-up, just different springs rates, on track with both the S14 and the S54. The weight up front was pretty negligible in most situations on the track after bumping the spring rate up from 450 to 550. The S54 is such an amazing motor in such a light and nimble chassis - the throttle response, how it makes power, the 8200 rev limit, the sounds it makes with a nice exhaust and our CSL "style" airbox, etc.
