hopefully.. i do look forward to driving it this year! before the snow of course.. as much as i enjoy all the mechanical aspescts of the car, im REALLY looking forward to the interior work... its going to be quite different.. my goal for this car is to retain alot of luxury options like ac, power steering.. while still making it a fun little bastard to drive..
as for now my interior plans are to rid of the tan, and go with a black/red/grey theme.
ive obtained a super clean set of e36 powered/heated leathers that will be used. the rear seats are always very difficult to fit right, but i have a plan that will get them in there excellent, also while utilizing the installation of rear headrests. an e46 center console will be installed, and the shift console of the IX will be modified to have an in dash GPS system, and a push button start. the headliner will be black, the door panels will be red/black combo, and hoping to get a grey carpet really black with dye... can anyone reccomend any GOOD dye options for a real rich, deep black carpet kit?Comment
