Back Again For The Very Fourth? Time - New Daily E30

    Time.

When things take longer than expected, it can be frustrating, however sometimes it's worth it to take your time and not rush something that you truly want done right.

In March of last year I got this car:

The very last weekend of December 2012 I tore it apart to a rolling shell in literally 2 days with some help from a few friends. I did this because I wanted to do some things to the chassis and change the color of the car. Fast forward 7 months, I was done commuting by bicycle thanks to humidity and triple digit days, thanks to our monsoon season here.

I knew I wanted an E30, but it had to have working A/C and not be a complete pile of crap or overpriced. Having owned so many, I knew I wouldn't worry too much about cosmetics but I wanted a car that needed very little attention to be the perfect daily.

Luckily, I found what I was looking for with this car. It needs a few things to really be what I want for everyday use. I don't plan to lower it anymore or mod it anymore. Maintenance is really all it will receive.

    E36 Rack
    M3 Springs
    OEM Radio
    + Much more.

The AZ E30 scene is pretty close, this car came with the very same Ronal LS's that I sold to a local back in 2006. I also bought back the wheels that are on it now (ARE 398's, just a few months ago), again after they changed hands a few times locally after I sold them a few years ago.

Throwback, when I last had the Ronals that came on it (still have them):

And the ARE's, which were cleaned up and re-powedercoated before they came back to me obviously.

Anyways, there's the story. The red 87 is still in pieces, nothing to show on that for awhile. But here is the new e30, and damn does it feel good to be driving an E30 again.
