Gooseneck on mine went to the bottom pipe of heater matrix according to my labelling.

G&T thats a bit naughty, thanks for heads up on the wastegate, plan was to weld it up as my turbo is internally wastegated with modified button. Obviously if at a later date I change turbo then it will need addressing. Seems strange that they went through all the trouble of copying your design and then scrimp on the last bit. Unless the pipe work is smaller on this one (42mm OD) than your design so no space at the collector. Wont be using this for a while anyway as just want to get it back on the road with the current manifold.

That is a cheaper copy of mine with smaller wastegate piping. That piece of shit company even copied my ad from eBay word for word and used my pics, till I had them removed.

Here's a pic of the real Good & Tight one, take note of the larger wastegate piping, that is critical for control boost.

I've finally had a chance to sit and read this and i have to say its an Excellent build thread so far mate!!

    Don't you just love set-backs?! :-?

That new manifold is pornography! Much better and professional looking that the one you have on atm!

I now see what you mean about the coolant elbow at the back of the head, I didn't have any issues with mine but 1. mine hasn't got the turbo and other clearance related components and 2. I don't think mine should even have the elbow there in the first place but hey it is Frankenstein after all (anything is possible! lol )

Also I'm sure my hose from behind the head goes to the top heater matrix pipe..Am I right in saying your one goes to the bottom one or is that how I'm seeing it in the picture?

I look forward to more updates man!

Anyone got a G&T manifold that can measure the diameter of the pipes. Anyone got any ideas of how it will effect performance?

It is a nice piece I must say.

looks very much like a G&T manifold with a t3-t4 flange. Anyone know the runner size if one of G&T's? Workmanship looks good on this and price was good:)

Ok will get another look at it. It is a bit of a mix and match, one nut on the manifold is an m10 thread which is normally a 17mm AF spanner but it has a 13mm AF nut rethreaded to m10 1.5 pitch nut. This stripped but have found 12mm af nuts for exhaust with an m10 thread fits on easy.

@max399 where do you think this crack is do you mean on the oil pressure outlet? Will go and check it out but didnt have any probs before the radiator sprung a small leak

Can you get a box-end wrench in there? Maybe grind down on the OD of the wrench to help it fit in the tight space? I've had to do that before:
