    Ok after making fun of the teasers I have one to share:

    and thats only after 8hrs or so of polishing and only at 100grit

                you should see it in person...it looks nice...but nowhere near what I want it to be. Its gonna take forever though.

                  Are you running NO clutch fan?? Any issue's??
                  Hand polishing takes a lot of time. Its much easier w/ the parts off. I did the rear swing arm on my bike and it took forever but came out awesome. Good luck. Just work your way up in grits and the switch to wet sanding and once your done w/ 2k grit grab some Mother's and look out

                    yeah I just took the fan off. its still cool enough right now not do effect it at all. I drove it for 2+hrs stright and it wasn't any hotter than normal. I am putting in an electricl fan before summer though. I wouldn't race it like this but its fine for everyday use.

                    yeah I had them off b/c I was working on the engine ;)

                    w/out the fan I can literally stand in my engine bay :twisted:

                            what...clearance as in you have to move the coils and take out the wiper fluid resv? ;)
