    NP garage

    Hello!

I thought it would be interesting to share our garage.

These are our last season cars, one of them is sold and other one is getting ready to be rebuilt.

4 brake calipers in the back (2 for main brakes and 2 for handbrake)
Adjustable camber, toe in the back,

    BMW e30 coupe
    S62b50 engine
    Ceramic clutch
65+ angle kit, adjustable camber plates
Custom made handbrake, pedal box, shifter
4 brake callipers in the back

    Total weight 1230kg
    Power 350ag 460nm

    Manufacturing the first one:
    Working with chassis weight

All stock welds were rewelded, so it would be stiffer

    Roll cage!
making holes and mounting for everything we'll need

Interior view. Lots of work with rear radiator mounting and diffusor, seat mountings all safety equipement mountings

Editing engine cooling system. It was very importat to keep good car balance so pushing everything back was our desicion. Also it's really good not to have any damagable parts in front of the car :)
Also you can see water pipes laying in passangers side and radiator in place.

    Painting time!

Started loads of work with electricity, suspension settings, engine placement even it was fitter loads of times before

And finaly coming closer to the real view of the car :)

As we don't have loads of pictures of other car so i'll just share some of the moment from competitions :D

    Here's our team drivers!

What happens when you push a bit too hard... Still the car was repaired and did all events in the season! And even had a bigger crash before this one :D

PS at the moment it's winter season!!!

Wow impressive work. The flares on that E46, are those metal?

Yes, that's metal. I don't know why the hell they are metal, but just happened so.. Fiberglass is a lot better

                      Nice work!

What tune are you running on the M62 to be able to run M60B30 electronics?

M62b44 engine, all m60 sensors, wiring, ecu, modifyed holo places. You can find all info online for this swap. It's easier to run this engine that way ( no ews). Also some are talking that it's better mapping on m60 so you get more power.

I plan on doing the same with my m62. Who tuned the m60(404) ecu to run the m62?

                            Labas! ;)

Cars look great. I love custom work, especially the front suspension and the rear radiator setup. That's sick.

If you replace all electronics on m62 to m60, then you can run m60 ecu without a problem ;) no need for tunning

Thanks for all good words :)
