I absolutely LOVE tourings (but I may be biassed lol). And this color suits it quite well I must say. Anyone know the weight difference between a touring and a four-door e30?

320i touring (M20b25) = 1230kgs (2712 pounds) <-- My car
325i sedan 4drs = 1220kgs (2690 pounds)
325i touring = 1270kgs (2800 pounds)
320i 4drs = 1180kgs (2600 pounds)
318i M40 4drs = 1100kgs (2426 pounds)

Early models :

318 4drs = 1015 kgs ( 2238 pounds)
318i 4drs = 1025kgs ( 2260 pounds)
323i 4drs = 1115kgs ( 2458 pounds)

That's kinda weird. What makes your m20b25 320i Touring lighter than a 325i Touring? I thought the only difference would be in the engine...

the 320i was a basic car, so w/o power steering,power windows and ABS and such options

Car came from a friend of me and we've both done the Ring (me: 318iS Mtech II he: 325iT)
just I don't like decals on a car but I can live with this one

This summer I'll go with this baby, and me behind the steering wheel :D

cant really agree with the weight thing there. I have had a 325 touring, with nothing in it, not even p/s. but my last 320 touring had everything including leather sport seats. you could get whatever options you wanted when they were new. and the 2.0 and 2.5 motors weigh about the exact same i would think.

the weight indax came out of the maintenance book of my E30 ( Belgium spec*)
