    New to this E30 world

I just recently purchased my e30. I have the intention to make it look nice. Some suspension and nice wheels would be the most important for me. Well here it is....

Looks nice!! When I bought my E30, I wanted to do all the visual stuff first. I would suggest drive the car for about a month to feel it out. You may need the money to replace more important parts. Is it a 5 speed?

        Agreed.

        Looks like a great start.

Nice stock 89 325i. I suppose it will fill dd duty? And like said maintenance first. No point in having thousands in rare parts, if your can rides and acts like a boat on rough waters.

The timing belt. If there isn't any recent history on the timing belt, do the timing belt.

Nice car! I would freshen the shifter, shocks, and tune up the motor. Make it like a new e30, then decide what direction to go.

Yes dd!!! First thing I noticed was the heavy body roll, as my previous car was a miata. What would you suggest to get a better ride?

Timing belt was just replaced. What would you suggest for suspension. Something for like a quick fix as the car has heavy body roll right now

H&R Sport springs with Bilstein sport shocks are a common and very legit upgrade. Some will suggest going with the Ground Control kit, but I have no experience with it so I can't comment. I am partial to the H&R sports though, as I prefer the car to have a comfortable daily driver suspension that can still be run hard when I want.

Water pump was replaced as well the only thing that needs obvious fixing from what I can tell, it has a minor vaccum hose leak and a water hose is rotted so seems like a little water leaks every once in a while
