They are a tad different;)... but i would still take the s54 all day long "s50b32" or not. Its not too often to see a new car getting the motor out of an older model in the BMW world.

Yeah that is quite odd, the s50b32 is 321 hp stock, whats the s54? s54 is probably a lot cheaper to maintain too.
