Thanks for the welcome. I've gone back and forth on the bumper. You are right though, it needs to be fixed. Here are some more pics (cellphone). Once I get the bumper taken care of, i'll post some proper ones. Driver seat is getting worn on the the left side. I have an extra driver and passenger seat that I will get re-upholstered at some point. No cracks in dash!

I bought the car from another forum user (bluedevils). We work next to each other irl. He replaced most of the bushings in the front suspension, and added the m3 offsets (very nice!) The car is in great shape, and is a really fun DD. It came with extra seats, door seals, sunroof seal, 4.10 LSD, e36 rack with hoses, power steering reservoir and pulley, and some other bits i'm forgetting. Lots of fun projects ahead of me :) I'll keep you guys updated on the progress.

Thanks. I know the M colors on non-M cars can be a polarizing subject. I feel similar to your *Shrug*. Some days i like it, some days it's just meh. If i paint the bumper, I might as well paint the whole car ;-) it certainly could use it.

Been a while since I have updated. Made some changes and progressed. Changed out the bumper and valence last spring due to an accident. Forgot to add to my first post, springs are oe sport 50404-55. They feel pretty good with the bilstein hd's. Considering switching to the 29664 down the road, but not a top priority. Now for the pics!

Replaced leaky valve cover gasket this spring
                  looking clean in there

                  teeth are looking good

                  Washed her up

I got the Valeo single mass flywheel/clutch conversion done by a buddy of mine at a local Euro shop last week.
                  sealed up :)
Unfortunately there was a lot of brass in the trans fluid. The old pressure plate failed (you can see the fingers are collapsed) and helped cause 2nd and 3rd synchros to deteriorate. I am still able to drive it easy while double clutching. I made it to New Jersey and back without incident, but it is something I will have to deal with soon! Here she is on the journey
Next on the list is the synchro kit or total transmission rebuild, rear cv boot kit (on order), timing cover gasket (very slow leak) and tensioner (just cause), rear suspension bushings, cluster refresh, and thinking about getting JakeB's turbo kit early next year :) I'll keep ya posted, hopefully sooner next time haha. Thanks for looking!

Something else I forgot. I ditched the magnaflow cat (utter junk) and switched to a vibrant race cat and ultra quiet resonator. Sounds way better!!

Thanks! :) I'm trying. I definitely made some mistakes on my first one years ago that I wish not to repeat with this car.
