lol... yeah, honestly, diamantschwartz is a tough color for car styling: you dudes with white and red cars --not saying you have it easy-- but you can do a lot of *different* stuff, playing with the contrast etc. and it all looks hot...
eg, a black or white trunk spoiler looks awesome on a white car, but can you imagine if I put like... a white spoiler on my car?
having said that, obviously, yeah... I do feel like... a little weird in that my car is kind of the karaoke version of some other notable (and extremely hot) d/s cars on this board.
I wish I could have like... innovated more... but I don't have a ton of experience with car modding (my last 2 cars were company cars... no mods, haha) and we all know that... um, over-imagined car appearance mods = disaster. I didn't wanna show up on some 'unpimp my ride' ad.
I have a bunch of (super top secret, lol) engine stuff coming up and that will pretty much tap out the car budget for awhile. But at some point in the future... yeah, I'd like to get a set of really special rims (3 pc bbs, alpina, etc.) for the car, basically as a shoe fetish kind of thing.
I may try some all-red tails, just to see. I'm not hog wild about the smoked MHW's in person, for some reason. I've thought about an M-tech II kit, or maybe some faux alpina stuff, but in the end, I just want to bring out the car's inner E30-ness... if that makes any sense (and doesn't sound completely faggy).
TJ, you're in luck: I'm getting a shitload of M-blems soon too --hood, grille, door sills, taillights, gas cap, windshield decal, trunklid, fuzzy dice... my ebay feedback's gonna shoot through the roof!
