    Smurphy_e30s '88 325is build!

Alright so to start off, this will be a slow build..

So about 2 months ago I picked up a 1988 325is for $1200 not running. It had sat for about 3 years so it was just a fuel issue.. The odo stopped while it was sitting at 197,148. It needs some work but that's why it's a build! Here are some pics from when I bought it..

Then I got an IS air dam..

    Painted air dam

Traded basketweaves for bottle caps because no money to replace tires..

Had to cut the ski pass open to get the trunk unlocked because it was stuck.

The hood and fender need some work...

    I love seeing this everyday.

Alright so I finally made time to bolt my air dam on.. I couldn't find any brackets so I just drilled holes in the bottom of the metal bumper. I also did a front bumper tuck, and I'm doing the rear today.

Oh and I also found out that this car was low in it's earlier life..

Okay quick update, I know it's been a while. A lot has been done and I have been busy, but here you go!

So first off, I got a cool picture of my car fully stock but it looked good!

Also got Cosmo coilovers (I know, not the best) and it have it a pretty nice drop and a pretty good ride since I have Bilstein sports in the front and 82 Camaro shocks in the rear. I plan on going GC in the future but I was broke.

And while the car was on jack stands I decided to do an oil change. And I found out that the bolt was broken and had to get a reverse thread extractor. It wasn't very fun.

I got a nardi deep corn replica at rerun wheel for $50 online and it looks so close to the real thing, it even has the nardi engravings on it!

Got some e46 sport seats, and a cheap egay steering wheel

Had to organize the garage because "too much car shit all over the place"

I've been wanting new wheels for a while and my buddy had some 16x7 et42 bbs rx wheels on his e30 that he never used anymore so I bought them from him for $140 with tires! The tires sucked and had wires showing so I got some new 205/50 Falken Ziex ze 612 for a great price, it helps that I work at discount tire. I want to get wider wheels eventually but for now I like these.

They came with plastidip, but I didn't like it

So I took the plastidip off and got some cool pics with my friends crz.....

I also had to replace the clutch, driveshaft, fuel pump, wheel bearing, tie rods, and front strut mounts since I last updated. It's a work in progress.
