    Klasse Is My Friend

Well, here are some pictures. I made a sad attempt at adjusting the colours in Photoshop. This is after...

    Meguiars clay bar
    Klasse AIO x 2
    Klasse SG x 2

    Enjoy, criticism welcome.

Shiny. I need to claybar mine, and finish getting the millions of scratches out. Thanks for reminding me. ;)

pics are a little blurry or grainy. Not a bad looking car you got there but how about some better pics?

I'm jealous you had time today to do that! Must be silky smooth now. You need more closeup shots.

Yeah, I'm no photographer so the shots were pretty shatty. Just took the good ol' family camera and went at it.

Mike: Haha, I actually did the AIO x 2 and SG x 1 last week, and had a chance put the second coat of SG on today. I admire your photography skills, it's damn hard to take good pictures.

            Haha thanks, it's just practice!

Get some tire shine on there, makes a big difference :).

^ Did the clay bar (is it just like rubbing compound) hurt the car/paint at all tho? I heard it can strip a car if the user is insure how many layers are on the car currently?

I Want to try it out to restore some pigment then wax my car to give the paint a nicer/newer look & shine for the summer.

The claybar lifts embedded dirt and crap out of the paint, not like rubbing compound. I use rubbing compound to get scratches out of the clearcoat which if done wrong can burn the paint. As far as I know claybar is harmless.

It's pretty much a deep cleaner for your paint, apparently you can damage your paint if you glide the bar across your paint without enough moisture, but other than that, you can't really go wrong. It takes a while though just to warn you, so put aside a full day for a full detail if you do it.

Here is a good write up on it as well as excellent products.

I bought the Clay Magic Bar and Auto Magic 49 Body Shine for the lube.

I spent $130 through them easy. One full day for me has come and gone and Im still not done yet!! Exhausting, and the normal person would never notice the difference, but Im anal about this stuff. I carry a bb gun. If a bird even thinks about it Im takin him down
