My 88' 318i | Underpowered Euro Content
This car is awesome!
Apart from the gutless m40. Turbo it until it blows up!
I really like that hood. I bet your friend could make good money doing that for helmetsComment

You see the problem is that in Lithuania there are strict swap rules, where you cant increase your engine displacement and power by more than 30%, so i cant for instance swap an M50B25 in it, where as an M42 or an M50B20 is ok.
The problem is that i dont want to change the engine atm :DComment

Ok guys, one more milestone complete for this car.
It finally has 5-lug suspension :)
Mind it being dirty, just finished poking with the suspension yesterday, still need to wash the car :)
So current specs are:
- JOM Coilovers (Rear without adjusters)
- My 5-lug adapters for the front
- E36/5 TI rear trailing arms with brakes and everything
- E36 325 Hubs/Rotors/Calipers in the front
- E34 Style 5's, R15x7.5J ET20
Of course i had to roll the arches to make the rear fit. Will need to roll even more to fit the summer wheels...
On a side note, got Alpine SPG-17CS component speakers, and i think i'l try fitting them in the front. Will need to think if how i should mount them to look stock'ish.
Also need to think where i should mount the tweeters.. If you have any suggestions - feel free to help me :)
Thank you,

Small update :)
Going to give my summer wheel to polish today, will post later with the results :)
Also, today got some goodies from the dealer:
They are:
- Late model AC grille that goes in the lower valance (I do not have AC, but love how it looks, lol)
- Fuse box cover, mine had the clip broken..
- Front bumper alignment parts, mines were broken
- Random front valance clips, since i got a new one and will be refinishing it :)Comment

Finished my wheels finally :)
Specs are:
R.O.D. R15 7.5J ET13
Tires are 195/45 all around
Wheels are 5x120 and fit perfectly with the Hub adapters i sell :)
Will leave this teaser pic for now:

Small update :)
Got to installing new brakes, since the old ones were squealing a lot.
Also got myself a BBS spoiler, again, since i really regretted i sold the one i had.
Going to swap my rack for an E36 one soon, also going to be installing power steering, since i did not originally have one.

Hey guys, little update :)
As planned - finally swaped my rack for an E36 one and installed power steering. So much better now :)
Also found and fitted a BBS spoiler on the car :)
Heres some photos from a local BMW Meet we had this weekend, total of 618 cars were there! :)
Still have lots of parts to fit on the car, but unfortunately not so much time..
Will try do it in the upcoming month.
Thats it for now :)Comment

Ahoi, and another update :)
Replaced my rear shock mounts today since one totally tore itself apart, lol.
Also made myself a one touch conversion with E36 buttons :)
All it needs is +12v, Ground and illumination +12v.
On the output it has + and - to the motor :)
Here's another one in progress for the second window, waiting for a few parts to come.
Works like E36 one touch module. The button is 4-way, so up, down, and then if you press it further it goes all the way down or up. Automaticly stops at top or bottom, since there is an Amp meter circuit inside :)
Total cost is about 10 Eur for all the parts :)
