'91 e36M 'wHat?'

    '91 e36M 'wHat?'

    I just picked up a 1992 e36M (correction I don't think its an M3), So what is the mention of an e36 doing in the e30 forum.....

    Well, my e30 wants parts..... like:
    1) Tighter turning radius for the drift corners yes.
    2) a new rear dif with shorter gears and posi....oooh yes.
    3) 5 lug with 16"s.
    4) Did I mention it has a 24v motor? I love my M20 (and I still have the turbo kit to go on it.)
    5) suggestions anyone? what to do with this opportunity. (easy on the flaming plz.)

                  Eeeh, a quick VIN check showed the only thing "M" about the car is the M50 4V iron block motor. When you get something for free, ask questions later.

                  Oh, and its a 02/92 haters....

                  Going in the trash. Anyone want one? I don't.

If I really gave it some thought I would have remembered that they stopped making M3s for a few years [as lambo tactfully] pointed out: "I must be on drugs." also '91 was last year e30. I haven't worked on an e36 in many years so I thought I had something when I saw the 4valve intake and the Guy said it was for sure an M, I didn't question it - no cash involved why bother.

                              I think 94 was technically tne last year for e30s.

                              so many things tell you its not an m3...lol
