My new DD car non e30 car

So i picked this car up from my mother it has 175,000 miles on it. Im going to be replacing the shocks, brakes and do the head gasket, and new front seats as well as a cooling system overhaul. It is a blast to drive. I got to say i like the look of the 328is way more than a E36 M3. but thats my opinion. Here are some pics of it.

has warped drilled rotors im replacing them with the ventilated discs

    16 inch wheels

interior yes i know its missing a pedal but eh its a dd.

Tool kit thats missing the screw driver

also i got it for free.99
And im looking for the following parts let me know what you got

Top end gasket kit Not victor reins and must be new
    Stromung, supersprint, eisenmann muffler
    OEM radio CD preferred
    tan seats
cold air intake or a K&N drop in filter.

Say no to Bilstein Sports in an E36. They are bouncy and valving is wrong for most street driving. I hate mine and opted for Coil Overs. I have Tein SS-P's but considering a set of GC's at the moment for doing DE days.

Hope the automatic has been serviced or you are looking at a future expense right there. E36 Slushboxes all fail and at no set time. Sealed box's suck. I have a dead one in the driveway that I'm dismantling with my son.

I am not wanting coil overs for the e36 I just need to replace the shocks and struts they are worn out. And I may get a cross brace. I already have a project car, my e30 ix. This just needs to run and if the transmission decides to die then I'll cross that bridge when I get to it. I hope it still has 100k left in it.

So when i go over a speed bump the car likes to bottom out on the speed bump. I cant recall if thats a damper issue or a spring or maybe both. i was thinking on just saying fuck it and getting new shocks and springs. Let me know what you think. Please dont suggest coil overs I dont plan on doing that with this car.

I've been looking around on those but I don't think I'll get bilstein. So I've been looking at a few others koni's. We will see I've been looking at how the e36 rides on various shocks. I will be getting h&r sport Springs though.
