Awesome, thank you. Looks like the event I need to attend next year. Just wish it wasn't so damn far.

It's not that far. We had guys from Australia come this past year.

No excuses regarding distance are allowed.

            Every Memorial Day weekend.

Plan on getting there at least Friday morning before 9....if not Thursday night, and staying to Sunday morning.

I posted some pictures from bimmerfest I took in a thread I already had in the Mid Atlantic section (and didn't want to disturb any legal talk going on here) if you wanted to check out any more. It cool to see what cars we both took pictures of and cars that you snapped and I didn't.

I'll find the thread and check it out. I would have taken a bunch more pictures but I stopped about 1/3 way through the show. I got lazy

And you should post them up here anyway. I was hoping people would add on

Kind of sad noone took a picture of my car. I mean, it's a piece of shit, so on that front it's not too surprising... but it's a very unique piece of shit. Oh well, maybe something'll float up sometime in the future

I saw your car there but you pulled into the spot so it was hard to get a pic of those front flares lol.

Sounds like a lot of the problems with the cops could have been avoided if the event just had a sanctioned burn-out contest. If it's what people wanna do there...

I went BF-East in 2012, and I wasn't really impressed. There were a few nice E30's scattered around, 1 or 2 E9's & maybe 3 or 4 2002's. I felt they needed to at least try to group the cars by model. I'm not into burnouts or dickbags flashing 23" rims, so this year I went to the Deutsche Classic instead. Nice low key event with a ton of sweet German cars. Lots of food options, a parts swap area, and fun side events. Here are my pics:

I'm not sure I even saw it. Can you post a couple pictures? Or maybe a link to the build. Like I've said, I gave up on taking pictures shortly into the show. If your car was unique I would have definitely taken a picture of it

I couldn't agree more. There were way more e30's this year than there were the last two years, but they were scattered everywhere. Definitely less classics though like 2002 and e9.

And that looks like more of my kind of show. Nice pictures - thank you for sharing.

                            POS pictured

                            Defining features:

                            Hackjob box flares up front
Chopped up fenders in the rear
Gold, ricey wheels (but very cheap! for how wide they are anyway)
Princess Kenny cameo on the passenger rear window quarter

I planned for the trip to NC this year, but couldn't make it. Planning next year..

Based on what I've read and seen in pictures it was a little underwhelming this year in MD. I wasn't overly impressed when I went, but in comparison there seemed to be a lot more E30s and vintage BMWs there when I went. I found an old pic of someone took...strange that I took zero pics of my car but shot everyone else's.
