Not in this case, car was on balloon tires when I bought it and still had difficulties entering my driveway.
This is my driveway entry, looks like there's lot of clearance, but there isn't.
It's steep coming up to the pavement, then it aligns and that's the problem.

I have a White touring, that'll be on 16's with a full AC Schnitzer kit too, and I'm lowering that too. but I'll have to keep in mind , that I have to be able to enter my driveway.´
As for the whole Wheel thing, I don't think it's a problem with Alpina Wheels on a ACS car, I'll take the Wheels that fits the car.
I have a ACS 2 door project, and I'm planning on buying Zender Wheels for that one, just because I like them.
