Wouldn't this be determined by tire size/height?

Not in this case, car was on balloon tires when I bought it and still had difficulties entering my driveway.

This is my driveway entry, looks like there's lot of clearance, but there isn't.
It's steep coming up to the pavement, then it aligns and that's the problem.



I have a White touring, that'll be on 16's with a full AC Schnitzer kit too, and I'm lowering that too. but I'll have to keep in mind , that I have to be able to enter my driveway.´

As for the whole Wheel thing, I don't think it's a problem with Alpina Wheels on a ACS car, I'll take the Wheels that fits the car.
I have a ACS 2 door project, and I'm planning on buying Zender Wheels for that one, just because I like them.

Only problem with these is, that I'll have cops all over me every time they see me, because they would stick out from the fenders. And that's not legal here in Denmark.

This is the excact Wheels on my E28, before I bought them, on an E30.
This kind of fitment is not road legal in Denmark.

Is that with an adapter for 5lug on the e30? I have those same wheels, but they don't stick out like that on my e30 m3 5lug swap.

That's with a 5 lug swap.
And I'm not interested in a 5 lug swap.

Those Wheels are ET13, and meant to be on a 5 series.

Yah I have 2 sets of the 17x8.5 et13 acs type 1. They will only fit non M e30 if you run the e30m3 5lug. E36 parts will not work with those wheels.

Yeah, and I'm not doing a 5 lug E30 M3 swap.
And I actually like those Wheels on my touring.
A couple of years ago I actually had the pleasure of seeing a real AC Schnitzer E30, and that car would still be a real ACS car, no matter what Wheels it's on.

There was a ton of really nice BMW's.
An unofficial estimate says that there was 10.000 cars at the meet-I'm definately going there next year too!
