Dang it. I was going to call Mark this week and set up an order for a full set of 02 coilovers/koni SAs.

This changes things, but I understand. I had to leave a company a a little over a year ago for likely the same reasons. You'll do great. You always had the customer service part down. You're literally the only person I would request to speak to over there.
