    E34 520I Restoration

The car is a 1988 520i right hand drive, car runs and drives great. Original m20b20 motor. I had big plans for the car in a few weeks time which was a complete spray job. On monday 13th october at 11:30 a.m the worst thing happened, i got involved in an accident. I was heading down the major road when suddenly a guy drove his mini bus out of a corner street into my path......the pictures will tell the rest.

yup it really does suck.....gd news is that i pulled off bumper today, headlights and a few other things that were damage and luckily its nothing too bad. obviously the right rad support where it meets the actual chassis was bent in and downwards. The rad support will be taken off completely and straighten or i might just order a new one from the dealer. The point where the fender bolts onto the chassis is where most of the metal work and straighten has to be done. So far i have a source in new york thats getting up a fender, two smiley headlights, bonnet and a bumper. so hopefully in a few weeks time i have those .... ;D

Well nothing much has been going on lately, since i've been busy with school and other stuff. I started stripping the interior to see how well the floor boards are and its in pretty gd condition. i will be coating back the interior......any ideas on whats best to use for such an application?

well nothing much has been happening since i'm still busy with school and sum side jobs. However yesterday i was able to drop the entire headliner and remove the rear shelf to have those things change to a darker colour.
