That's not an E30. A 6 maybe? Can't tell for sure, but it's definitely not an E30.

It looks like an e30 with euro chrome bumpers and an M-tech 1 front airdam.

I personally do not like the gay E36 mirrors either. I forgot my regular mirrors when I painted the car, they are silver, so it would look worse, the E36mirrors came with the car. As far as the emblems, I am living here in Germany, and seeing a 3er BMW is like seeing a chevy cavalier. I shaved the emblems to make it a little different. I also rolled the front fenders, which I do not like anymore either. The Alpina rims are just a set of spare rims that are on it, cause the 9x16s are getting polished.
