    I could never bring myself to put this thing through a winter. 1 of 9 known in the Continental United States.

    if/when I get the e36 touring I'm after, I'm going to have to put it through 1 winter (as it's either buy an e39 540i/6 as a dd or the touring, and I'd def get the touring as soon as it's available and wait till the following year for the 540) and I cringe about that.

    I haven't driven my touring in over a year! I stripped the bay down to do the swap, then the camshaft didnt get here for 3 months, and by the time it got here school started. I now have zero time to work on it between school and work, and fixing my bikes (first I bought a wrecked r6 and fixed it, rode it for a summer, sold it and bought a wrecked 06 636, which I'm currently building back up. almost done).

    but I'm hoping to have it together and have the smt-6 and maf up and running by spring

    I drive a 90 325is in winter currently.

      damn, i love your car. I would LOVe to do up a touring. That would be one pimp ass car. 4 doors for more whores + baggage... maybe not so much baggage but still more whores :)
