Euro e24 Project - 17x11/12 OEM+ RENOWN

After getting the Bahama Beige euro 84 e30 to a happy place, going to start focusing on the 1984 628csi that has been sitting for most the year.

Its pretty clean - alpine white original paint, dark green/gray cloth interior, non-cracked dash, responsive but slow m30b28... Story from prior owner is it was brought back from Europe by someone high up in the Navy. If I dig through the folder it came with - there's some import docs there.

Plans & Issues:
Parasitic draw (narrowed down to big icy 90's alpine stereo wiring)
Fuel leak (think I fixed it)
4k rpms shutter
Lower and get rid of wobbles
Updated - good sound stereo
Nice rumbly exhaust but quiet when cruising (thinking equal length header but still want to pass smog)
Decide if keep the OEM Euro black lines decals
Raise motor since oil pan is already low at this OEM height and I'll be much lower soon.
Renown Steering Wheel ;D
e24 M6 or m90 style spoiler (will need help finding it :)
Original E-code Highbeams to match the low beams (already found them in the junkyard, got lucky!)
OEM Fog lights - or something super bright to help see all those holes
Wire in OBC - we'll see about this.. got one but lower priority

another jump cause of the draw. after a couple days, it dies. With the stereo cable taken off the positive battery terminal - doesn't die at all...

Pics of the interior - This was the biggest draw for me in finding the time to drive down to LA and back in 36 hrs before having to head to Utah for work.

I still smells as wonderful as any car I've ever been in. Well, maybe more like any old German grandpa ahem I mean car.

rides great - like a big boat. and the seats really are a dark green shade - not brown - I've seen those on a full early brown car, brown dash, cards etc.

Only rubs at full lock, slow speed.. soon there will be a different rubbing :evil:
