Just bought the vehicle from my childhood...

No real plans, just clean up what it needs and drive it. Non-vanos m50 with a new reman automatic. 17" style 42 2 piece, lowered in the front to get rid of wheel gap. May get coilovers eventually but my wife says its her project so we will see. This was my parents first BMW. I went on many road trips in this thing when I was young so I'm pretty attached lol. Got it for $800.

Nope. This was the dealer I used to work at. A guy there had it and did what you see on it now. I just pulled the laminx off, hooked up the city lights, cleaned the inside, fixed all the audio. Its got a single 12" sub and components in the trunk. Sound great but had some loose connections so it was scratchy. Just had all kinds of work done. REALLY lucked out on this one.

Mine would be a blue '66 Ford Country Squire wagon! Funny!

          $800?! Seriously?! That's crazy talk!

Gonna flip this car or keeper?

Definitely a keeper for now. The garage is my father in laws.

And its under $800 now, we must have pulled $10 in change out of the carpet.

Put amber bulbs in the city lights, blacked out the side markers on the trim, sealed up a harness grommet going into the back of the car, and quickly developed a large coolant leak. Hopefully just the expansion tank but need to make sure it's not the rad. Guess with 280k something has to be wrong eh?

How does it ride and handle with the front drop. i'm looking for something to just tidy up the gap on my e34 that I use for daily duties. What shocks with the springs?

                      Looks great BTW.

Thanks everyone. Radiator and valve cover gasket going on tomorrow night. Probably clean and repaint the valve cover when its off. Need to clean the whole engine bay, few years of dust and oil. What does everyone think of all red tails on this color? Trying to decide if I want to keep the amber or go clears.
