Plug and play with the e30m3 hubs no boring or centering rings needed for the style 5s in 17x8/17x9 from the euro e34s. It depends on if they came from an e34 or e39 (both cars had them). When I had the 17x8/17x9 style 32s from an e39, I needed to use the rings as they had a larger diameter hub and that's when you needed the spacer rings

Just to clarify the wheel situation with the E39 wheels... The E39 hub is 74.1MM in diameter. The rest of the cars are 72.5MM (all 5 lug that is...). You can get aluminum centering rings from tire-rack for $20 you just need to know what to ask for. Hope this helps..
And to comment on the car, that is one clean EVO2!! Needs a lowering and smoked tails and it will be hot as hell, it's sweet none-the-less!!

Not officially. but they are MUCH easier to import and fedearlize in Canada than here in the U.S. Ask me because I tried. I know a few shortcuts though. but in Canada you basically have to pay for finding, shipping and registering. In the U.S. there are oh....about eleventythousand7.8 more hoops to jump through and tests that must be paid for to earn certification that cost upwards of 5K EACH TEST (E.P.A. and federal) along with painstaking picture-taking documentaion of the FULL conversion to U.S. spec.....and thats before C.A.R.B. (California Air Resources Board in my case) takes a crack at testing which is another 5K. All costs included it would equal and sometimes surpass the cost in U.S. dollars of a mint Sport Evo 1990 Schwarz ///M3. I have the estimate to prove it fro the ONLY importing company that was willing to do it for me. My favorite Sport Evo that was originally from Belgium is actually in Canada right now imported fully legally. Its possible for you fuckers. ;)

This is not my importer but he knows his shit VERY well. He's a good guy too. Dont break his balls unless youre serious, though.

and this is the one he imported that was from Belgium. Ive known this Sport Evo since before it was ever even thinking about being in Canada. DROOOOOL. Its what i wish my car was. And thats saying a lot.

Evo 3's in England (which is the best market due to the minimal use and maximum appreciative value from the English towards that car since they themselves have to import them) fetch about 25K U.S. dollars and thats for a 70K and under mile car. In my experience and searching through classifieds. Evo2's are much easier to import since they are still U.S./Canada 2.3L spec. And all we got were 2.3 specs so they "trust" that much more and it can be compared to our engines and more can be said to pass it off as similar. A 2.5L means to them a completely different engine. Understandably.
