I've been getting some odd issues as I get into boost. It's almost like I'm hitting the rev limiter. I posted a video of the issue on the r3v Facebook page for some more feedback. At this point I'm thinking something on the Megasquirt went bad, but here is everything I've ruled out (checked or replaced):

-Compression test (before and after turbo)
-Fuel pressure at fuel rail (checked before, during, and after the problem)
    -Spark plugs
    -Plug wires
    -Ignition coils
    -Crank sensor
-Tune (I work with a local professional tuner, not a DIY tune)
-Cam position sensor (tested by running a wasted spark setup)
    -Fuel pump/fuel pump filter
    -ICV
-Overboost/wastegate not opening properly (raised boost cut limit)
    -Throttle position sensor

One of my buddies who has helped a TON with the install and trouble shooting, found another MS3 we could borrow to see if it's a hardware issue. If you guys have any other ideas, please feel free to add some input.

Here's the car up on the dyno, trying to troubleshoot.

Posted up at the Miller Motorsports Park Season Opener last week.

Also puled the wheels off to have them coated. I totally unintentionally matched the wheel lip color to the wrap color. They're just too similar and it's always bugged me, so I'm running some skinnies for another few days until I get them back. Super stoked to see how they turn out.

        Car looks good.
I have my wastegate positioned the same way as yours and started experiencing spike after raising the pressure from 11 to 16 with my mechanical boost controller.
I'm hoping my EBC, controlled by MS, will fix the problem.

Are you experiencing similar issues considering you raised your boost protection?

I haven't had any issues with boost spiking or boost creep at all. I raised the boost protection on MS just to be sure it wasn't cutting fuel/spark. Still having the same issue. I'm pretty positive it's something with the coils. Either something is wrong within the harness or maybe they aren't grounded properly. We'll see, I may just get rid of this setup and run 3 coils/wasted spark.

It was about $450 in materials/tools. I wrote up a DIY here: http://www.r3vlimited.com/board/showthread.php?t=357139

Sweet E30! I think if you added a euro grill it would make the car a bit more aggressive looking! Ohhh and that duckbill :O

No worries, it's just the oem IS lip wrapped in carbon fiber.

Nothing yet on the boost hesitation. The car runs fine, just can't go very fast. :(

On a brighter note, I got back from Wuste in LV a couple weeks ago. It was my first time attending and I had a blast! Had a photographer ask to shoot my car, still waiting on his photos to come back. Also had a good buddy, Sam Hurly shoot my car when I got back. Also still waiting on his photos. But here's some teasers in the meantime.
