    got some new shoes

I've heard it from BF.c, and the general thought is that they need more lip and that most don't like them. I agree that they need more lip but I think they're hot. What do you all think?

I liked the racing dynamics a little better (like the flat black)... but those are pretty cool too...Did you want more lip??

      silly porsche wheels.

I detest RD's but they looked better than these.

Didn't realize they were flat black, I thought thost pictures were just badly lit.

I think completely flat-black wheels always look bad. It makes every car look like they're riding around w/o hubcaps. The As were cooler.

          Redrilled rims FTL.

Best rims you've had so far were the RD's.

Are those 5-lug wheels that were re-drilled with a 4-lug bolt pattern?

They're fucking sick rims, but I'd be worried if that's the case.

Did you paint the lips black? Why? It makes the center of the wheel look like it sticks out even further then before you painted them. Plus the chrome bolts, they remind me of wheels you would see on a dually pickup.

haha, I knew you BMW folks wouldn't like em ;)

RD's are long gone, the A's are soon to be gone, I've got a set of Zender Turbos coming in soon hopefully. And yes, the RD's were flat black. I would have liked the RD's more had they not been installed on the car when I bought it. I like things to be mine.

Yes, the lips ar gloss black, centers are gloss gunmetal. They are redrilled to 4lug, but the 5 lugs were welded, it'll be fine. i painted the lips black because I'm not a sheep that follows blindly into everything everyone else does, I try things, sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. Everyone thought I was insane when I painted the centers of these $530/ea wheels...

But afer they were mounted most of them put their foot in their mouth.

I'd be concerned about the centers - I'd want some sort of cap to cover the re-drill job, but those flat caps that came with the wheels look pretty nasty.

haha, that flat isn't going near the finished wheels once mounted. I'm going to fill the rest of the 5 holes in and get them to look like they were supposed to be 4 lug to begin with.

that flat cap was a test piece I made when I made some flatcaps for the Type A's, I just had it layin around so I dropped it on there to see what it'd look like.
