I have a few more E30 M3's on the radar to check out....there are quite a few tucked away on Long Island in my area. On to the next one. The cosmetic rust repair was a bit daunting for me to be completely honest. I finished 80% of the prev. maint. Glad I could help this local buyer out....

The car you're referring to might be my friend Derrick's Zinna on RS's with a 2.5L that you saw.

Yea, I picked up the DS in Freeport. Previous owner held onto it for 20+ years. Its going to Ozone Park, Queens for the restoration. Im very happy for the new owner. Great guy. I really didn't need to sell but after we spoke for a few hours in person when he came to check out the car, it was a done deal after a few beers. I think I sold it for a fair price as I wasn't trying to make off like a bandit. We both made out well.
