I was under the impression the only throwing stars were hub caps. Those don't look like hub caps.

I was under the impression the only throwing stars were hub caps. Those don't look like hub caps.

Not a hub cap as much as a bolt-on wheel cover. Those are genuine Throwing Stars though. Forged, staggered and polished!
