I see that his are plastic now that you mention it. But mine are definitely not chrome. They look like aluminum. I saw some pictures somewhere of some cars with tiny little chrome bumpers. The tails look a lot better in pictures. They are a little orange peely at the moment. I need to wetsand them and clearcoat some more. They aren't that bad though :) Ryno, if you are thinking about painting your's, be sure and use transparent paint, not normal paint haha.
