    New Member's Ride

    Hey R3v,

I'm Brandon and here's my ride: '89 coupe, keeping it all stock. I've been slowly refurbishing while keeping as my dd for about 7 years. At this point, I've fixed/improved most of the things that need addressing, and am mostly enjoying and maintaining as needed. I'm most proud of my work restoring the paint on this car, which looked like... well... dirt when I got it. I took my time (about a year), and learned how to compound and polish, and finally got to point where I was satisfied. The first 3 pics are 'before.'

I'm glad to be here, and hope to learn/contribute some useful information.

Welcome- its amazing how a good compound/buffing can bring the paint back to life!

Thanks for the welcome! Yeah, I think I was most inspired when someone said I would have to repaint. ;)
