Glass is in, all seals are new, things are moving.

I finished up a few more interior things but I failed to photograph them. Just believe that they happened.

Thanks. The Judge is still around. I have been doing stuff to her but I've been devoting my time to the 1600 and the 318iS for right now. The tii will go out for paint soon.

Make sure all the roller bearings are spinning freely as you turn the window lever

Already coated all mine in white lithium. Maybe I'll buy the can stuff. I must be missing a spot

Got the rear window seals in, and the quarter windows themselves.

I also redid the door stops, window regulators, regreased all moving parts, new vapor barriers, new door cards (not oem), including new felt strips, and a bunch of new little things that typically break over time.

    Prepping more parts:

I can't wait to drive this thing. I'm getting hot and bothered just thinking about it.

Prepping more parts and picking the very best sets.

New windshields and gaskets go in soon.

Older photo, but this was right after I threw the wheels on. I will lower the car another 1.5" front and rear. The wheels fit great, no poke front or rear which I was concerned about. Lighting is off but you get the jist.

Got the quarter glass squared away. Replaced the rubber gasket and new cotter pin and cleaned it all up. I'll probably install it tomorrowish.

I noticed that this particular 1600 has very clear glass, which is non-tinted. The blue 1600 had tinted glass from the factory. Pretty neat.

headliner is done. Time to get her back and all the glass/interior installed.

I have new sun visors and hardware that will go in. Those were just for test fitting and hardware positioning.

Happy with how it turned out.
