    Thank you! This restoration is not easy. I didn't plan on going this far when I first got the car. But there is no turning back at this point.

    Do the plating. But don't do it unless you do all the supporting stuff like powdercoating and taking siiiick photos.











    Replaced all of this today.



    Scrubbed the wheel wells for hours, then cleaned some more, painted, and installed new Bilstein HD and H&R Sport springs. Nothing harsh, very mild actually. You can see the nice Florida Green paint peaking from the inner fender. So gratifying. I think I'll drink a beer now.
