    S54 inside Japan coupe

    Hello guys) Found some time to post my e30 here) After long trip in rebuilding here it is, my project)
    Originally it was 320 Japan coupe with M20B20 automatic transmition with Air condition but after some modes it become faster
    Current modes:
    Suspension: PowerFlex bushings, 5 lug swap, based on e36 M3 arms and knucles, rear TI arms with disc brakes, KW coilovers, M3 e36 front brakes, Voltec barracuda t6 r18 wheels (will be replaced with OZ Futura R17 asap)
    Engine: Fully rebuilded S54 with PPM H beam rods, ACL bearings, JE pistons (87.5 dia), ARP studs, new oem S50B30 oil pump, E34 M50 Oil pan with VAC buffets (Quiality of baffets is !@#% so it was modified), new chain retainers, new OEM water pump and thermostat, Supertech exhaust valves, supertech titanium valves and retainers, shrick DLC coated rocker arms, stock camshafts), Modified vanos oil pump, aftermarket oil cooler on fittings, tropic aluminium radiator with e34 A/C fan with fan controller.
    Transmission: ZF310z 5 speed, M3 e36 3.0 driveshaft, 3.23 rebuilded LSD diff, M5 S38 3.6 clutch kit,
    Engine management: Stock e46 m3 wiring loom with MSS54 (I hope Nando will save the future of my car and help to start it))
    Body: Original M technik 2, Stahlgrau body paint

            Your truth)) See what will be in future, cause i have one problem- there are no specialists who can tune my stock ECU, even if i purchase cams and CF airbox- will be a lot of problems, but ESS and AA sells bolt on kits)

                  As far as tuning goes, you could certainly find some people on this site to do some remote tuning if you have access to a dyno and buy an interface cable.

                    S54 works great but a little bit oil smoke when long staying on idle, dunno why, maybe pistons rings are not grinded to cylynder hone. Only 50 kilometers after rebuild, waiting for good weather to rich 1000 km, oil change and rev it till 8200 to feel the beast under the hood

                      Update: don't use supertech valve seals on stock valves- they have different clearence and engine will smoke after idling
