Minor update, scored some clean carpet with a few rips and tears that'll be covered up by seats and mats anyway. Smells a little less mouldy and gross which is a huge upside, also doesn't bare the stains and rot like the old carpet did. Uncovered some minor rust in the floor pan, a very minute hole which was all ground down and painted over using POR15. No photos of that sorry.

Big day coming up on Saturday, at least for Brisbane. E30 Tech Day, suppose to be getting a rather large turnout of cars for this area, somewhere in the region of 50-60. Will be bringing my camera + GoPro and doing some videos and photos of the meet.

Tiny little update, $500 aud later and I ended up slapping some fresh rubber on. Bridgestone RE003 in 205/55r15, really happy with how they perform and look!

Nothing quite like a drive into the wilderness to clear the mind

Thanks for all the comments guys, really appreciate it!

Going to whip the camera out today and go take some photo's, just put on some fresh 205/55r15 Bridgestone RE003's all round. Car handles 10x better than it ever has, really compliments the coil overs now! Never realised how small the car looks with me in it, 6"5'!

Yeah, bit of a bummer really, I do however like the wheel... A lot. Just wish it was leather, so it would last a little longer.

Little bit of an update, things have been pretty mental (balancing life with uni and work) and hasn't left much time to do the things I had planned to do recently. However, I've done some things that I consider "only the owner would care about" deal.

Bought myself a Renown Monaco, along with momo hub (looking forward to fitting this)
    New front wheel bearings,
New inner tie rods (never seen boots over the ball joints like that??? removed the zip tie and used a cir-clip),
    Alignment,
    GG blank usb port,
Pen USB drive w/ music (since having to change songs using aux was annoying),
    Painted headlight surrounds,
Fixed up some poorly fitting trim...

Anway, here's some good and bad photos (Galaxy S5 takes terrible photos unless you have decent lighting)

Yeah, though I don't see very many around... Just went through your thread, will be a neat car once it's all together!
