    Engine roulette

I have an m20b27i (the supercharged motor) and an m30b34 (n/a). I have a 92 vert, and the 87 iS. I've been considering which motor is best for which car.

I tend to haul my 3 smallish kids in the vert most of the time, so even more power in it really isn't all that necessary. But I want to pursue the twin charging thing I think.

The 87 iS is gonna be my project car/hobby either way I go. I'm just waffling between whether to go ape-shit on an m20 or an m30 for it.

My gut says an all out m20 would be the best thing for the iS.

    Whaddaya think r3v?

Vert for cruising, if you make it ridiculous you will want a good bar, which means no more kids in the back seat.

I do think I'll love the feeling of wind. I like to break wind. So there's that.

M30 is more receptive to high boost stock--leave it in the IS or put an M70 in it. Because awesome--and you like to make hard shit work. I get the appeal of the M20: its "half way" done.
