new forum member, '89 is

Hey everyone, my name is Mikey.

I'm fairly new to the BMW/E30 scene, and just got my zinnoberrot 89 325is recently. 180k on the clock, runs strong, in great condition for $2000 :D. All the options, gray interior, 5 speed, etc. Coming from an '88 260E Benz, this car handles and performs amazingly. I'm very glad that I made the purchase, but that being said, there's not much money left for mods... as soon as I get another job, who knows what will happen.

Oh and I had a 260E too. Those things were tanks, and slow! I did like burning the rear tires by jumping the gas after a turn. That was its only :up:

thanks for all the kind words and welcomes. this forum is certainly helpful, i can't wait to become a part of it.

2k was a hell of a deall, especially considering the overall shape and how clean it is...i'm very happy with the purchase. the zinno is really growing on me. at first, i didn't like it much. but it gets better and better every day.

the difference between the two is night and day


long term plans....LOTS of euro E30 stuff, hopefully some of which i'll be getting shortly. and if it wasn't obvious in the pics, my 4x4 could use some new suspension, as well.
