you need to start an account with a image hosting website. alot of guys use http://www.we-todd-did-racing.com/. www.imagestation.com is also free just a little harder to get the pictures to display on forums.
after you have the pictures hosted put the url in between these -- [img]www.url.com[/img] and you should have your picture posted
