Things may be happening soon. Shouldn't have sold the last one. If what I think what is about to happen is happening, this thread will come back to life.

Lol, you're going to love this.
I bought some dust and found a car underneath. So I towed it home. That's literally as much as I know.
But you know, It'll probably be a good one.
Special Thank you to ak- for staying up late at night and finding craigslist ads and then sending them to me while I sleep and making all my dreams come true. You are one of my favorite friends. I'm glad we met on the internet all those years ago.
Found in a dark underground garage in a corner. Last registered in 2010.
Very Dusty

Inside needs stuff. Dash, seats redone, the thing that unwinds the other thing to open the sunroof. Probably oil, probably water, probably a battery, probably a prayer, and maybe a wash.world renown Harry Potter expert

Spent a few hours washing and claybar-ing the car to get a baseline of paint and bodywork issues. As expected, a few dents, some clear coat damage on the hood, but for the most part, I'm pleased. I think I can make the car look quite good after a little PDR, buff and wax, and redo the trim a bit. Oh and iS lip, fresh fog lights, and other little goodies on the exterior.
After the wash, I ran out to get a new battery, fresh oil, coolant, v8 restore, and gasoline. I was hoping to start the car, but rain came from the sky and is continuing to pour. Strange, I didn't think it would rain. I actually had no idea it was in the forecast.
I installed the battery really quick and made sure central locking worked. It did, so that's good. I'll probably get it going tomorrow. Still waiting for an oil filter to show up.
I have a good feeling about this particular car.
after wash and claybar. A pretty good idea of what the paint looks like. Not terrible, but not good. I've revived worse.
and after I got home, with rain dumping:
It's a neat car.world renown Harry Potter expert

Finds like that in Canada typically involve terminal rust lurking beneath the dust - our wrecking yards barely have any E36s showing up in them now. A huge advantage of your area to be sure.
You work fast. What's it look like inside?

They never know how to follow up with that question and then it gets awkward, so they laugh not knowing if I'm serious or not and I'm okay with that.
