Well as the title states I just bought my first E30. I was friends with the family and I was given a heads up before they put it on the market. The paint is crap, but the interior is solid, The dash has cracks, no big surprise there. he put in the spec 30 racing suspension along with cross drilled rotors and Hawk pads. It has 190,000 miles and I know what he has done for up keep. I picked it up in Laurel Maryland, drove it to Annapolis (location of our hotel) and drifted it around a bunch of parking lots in the rain till 4AM. Today we drove it home to western PA (a little over 200 miles) with no issues at all. I used to detail cars for Mercedes, so I'm hoping to bring this sun burnt paint back to life, just until I have the money to get it resprayed. Pics will follow and detail the work done.
